Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ag99 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website at ag99.io, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or claiming any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ag99 (the platform operator). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ag99 platform.

Each individual may hold only one active ag99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, same mobile number, same device, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. ag99 may use automated systems and manual review processes to detect and close duplicate accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact mobile number, and any other details requested by ag99 during the registration or verification process. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of outstanding balances.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ag99 account credentials, including your username and password. ag99 will never ask you to share your password with any member of its support team or any third party.

You must ensure that your ag99 account is used only by you. Sharing access to your account with any other person — including family members, friends, or associates — is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you personally.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or believe that your login credentials have been compromised, you must:

• Change your password immediately via the account settings section of the ag99 platform.
• Contact the ag99 support team at [email protected] without delay.
• Not place any bets or make any withdrawals until the security of your account has been confirmed.

ag99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ag99 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International card payments, bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency transactions are not supported at this time.

The following standard conditions apply to all payment transactions on ag99:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposit processing: Deposits are credited to your ag99 balance in real time following successful confirmation from the relevant mobile financial service provider.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or scheduled maintenance.
• Payment method ownership: The mobile wallet used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. ag99 does not accept third-party deposits and will not process withdrawals to a mobile wallet registered to a different individual.

ag99 reserves the right to request verification of any payment transaction prior to processing a withdrawal. This may include confirmation that the deposit source and withdrawal destination are the same mobile wallet, consistent with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures.

All balances held within your ag99 account are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ag99 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any attempt to deposit funds in a foreign currency will be declined at the payment gateway level.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ag99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid.

The following general terms apply to all ag99 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Using the ag99 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to fund your ag99 account.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile financial service provider in relation to legitimate ag99 deposits.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to exploit the ag99 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown bug are void and will be reclaimed.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ag99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ag99 shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any nature — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the ag99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from placing bets or playing casino games.
• Technical failures, platform downtime, connection interruptions, or data loss.
